Where do you start?

This practice case looks at a commonly asked and intentionally vague Product Management and Design question of “how would you redesign a microwave?” The goal isn’t necessarily to come up with a prototype of a new microwave, but to document the process of going about the task. Here’s what I was able to put together in a short amount of time.
